Let me start by saying I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway but I have received no compensation for this review.
Ok, I enjoy a lot of Espionage/Action books and authors, and I will add John LeBeau to the ones I read in the future as I believe he will continue to hone his craft. The book was very well written without dwelling too much in a certain area, i.e. technology, politics, strategy. That being said, what it did lack for me was a little more action. There was a very defined plot with a few layers to it, and the characters were likable and well fleshed out. There did seem to be a lack of substance that created that "Can't-put-down-page-turner" atmosphere. I look forward to the next book.
